Pastor Ewart Carter

Our Pastor

Pastor Carter is a devoted servant of God with over 14 years of faithful ministry. He is blessed to share his life and calling with his loving wife, Dr. Tracey-Ann Carter, and together they are the proud parents of four wonderful children: Ashley, Jasmine, Jared, and Tyler. His family has been a constant source of strength and support as he continues to walk in his divine calling.

Pastor Carter began his pastoral journey at Grandview Church in Austell, GA. He later received an invitation to join the South Atlantic Conference of Seventh-day Adventist as Associate Pastor at the West End Church in Atlanta, GA, where his passion for serving both the church and the community became evident. He went on to shepherd the Northeast Church, New Covenant, Community Worship Center, and Solid Rock Church in South Carolina. Throughout these assignments, Pastor Carter worked diligently to meet the needs of the underserved, leading initiatives that provided vital resources and opportunities to the communities he served.

In addition to his pastoral leadership, Pastor Carter extended his ministry through community partnerships. He served as Vice President of the Blythewood Ministers Association and as Chaplain for the Richland County Sheriff’s Department in Columbia, SC, bringing both spiritual support and practical impact to countless lives. His ministry has opened doors to job opportunities, job training, and most importantly new souls brought to Christ.

The Lord later called his family to serve at the Ephesus and Voice of Hope, district in North Carolina, where Pastor Carter continued to lead with compassion and vision. During this time, he also served as Chaplain for the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, ministering to both officers and the broader community during moments of great need.

Currently, Pastor Carter and his family have been given the blessed opportunity to serve the members of the Hope Tabernacle and Mt. Olive District in Georgia.

By God’s grace, Pastor Carter’s ministry has reached far beyond his local congregations, allowing him to share the gospel throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the Caribbean.

Grounded in the Word of God, Pastor Carter’s favorite scripture is Romans 8:18: “For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” This verse continues to inspire his commitment to serving the Lord with faith, perseverance, and joy.

Above all, it is Pastor Carter’s deepest desire to serve the Lord faithfully and lead others into a loving relationship with our Savior, Jesus Christ.
